How? Each participant receives a structured 12 week road map on how to eat and exercise to reach their goals under the support and guidance of a Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach. We give you 3 CrossFit Group Training sessions per week. You work with a nutritionist and expert trainer to get the results you want! Average weight loss is over 10 pounds in the first 4 weeks. Recipes, meal planning, and accountability--this is a full service, hands-on plan. You WILL succeed.
